Privacy Policy
Last updated July 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Your Growth System collects when you use Your Growth System, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to run the course, process your purchase, and measure how well our advertising works:
- Your email address, used to sign you in and to send course-related messages.
- Your course activity, including diagnostic answers, module inputs, your site assessment, and the playbook you build.
- Payment confirmation from Square. Card numbers are handled by Square and are not stored by us.
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser information, used for security, to keep the service working, and, where you allow it, to measure advertising and conversions.
- Cookies and similar identifiers. If you allow advertising cookies, this includes Meta browser identifiers (for example the _fbp and _fbc cookies, and a click identifier called fbclid that may be added to a link when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad). We also store a small cookie that records your own cookie preferences.
How we use information
We use your information to:
- Provide the course, save your progress, and unlock paid content after purchase.
- Provide support and respond to your questions.
- Secure the service and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Send you essential messages about your account and purchase.
- Where you have given the relevant consent, measure how our website and advertising perform, for example understanding which visits lead to a completed diagnostic or a purchase, so we can improve the service and our ads.
We do not sell your personal information for money. When you allow Advertising cookies, our use of Meta measurement tools may be considered a "sale" or "share" of identifiers and hashed contact data under California law. You can prevent this by not allowing, or later withdrawing, Advertising cookies.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. We group them into three categories:
- Essential. Always on. These are needed to sign you in, keep the service secure, remember your cookie choices, and process your purchase. The service does not work without them, so they do not require consent.
- Analytics. Off until you allow them. These help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- Advertising. Off until you allow them. These let us measure how our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) perform.
Before you make a choice, all non-essential cookies stay off. You can accept all, reject non-essential, or set each category individually, and you can change your mind at any time (see "Your cookie and tracking choices" below).
Advertising and conversion measurement
We advertise Your Growth System on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To understand whether those ads work, we use two Meta measurement tools, and only when you have allowed Advertising cookies:
- The Meta Pixel runs in your browser and reports a small set of actions to Meta, such as viewing a page, starting or completing the free diagnostic, or starting checkout.
- The Meta Conversions API sends measurement events from our server to Meta. Some events, such as a completed purchase, are reported only from our server. When an action is reported from both your browser and our server, the two reports share a single identifier so that Meta treats them as one event and does not double-count it.
What we share with Meta. For these measurement events we may share the action you took, technical data such as your IP address and browser information, the Meta cookie identifiers described above, and, to help Meta match the event to the right account, customer information such as your email address in a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) form. We do not send Meta your raw email address for this purpose, and we do not send the content of your diagnostic answers or your playbook.
What we do not do. We use these tools to measure conversions. We do not use them to build advertising audiences from your activity or to show you personalized retargeting ads. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
If you do not allow Advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel does not load and no advertising events are sent to Meta from your visit.
Analytics
When you allow Analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate, for example which pages are visited and how people move through the course. If you do not allow Analytics cookies, these tools do not run.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers to operate and measure the service:
- Supabase, for authentication and data storage.
- Square, for payment processing.
- Meta Platforms, for advertising and conversion measurement, where you have allowed Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel and Conversions API).
- Google, for website analytics (Google Analytics 4), where you have allowed Analytics cookies.
- Vercel, for website hosting and website analytics, where you have allowed Analytics cookies.
These providers process your information to perform services for us and under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Data retention
We keep your account and course data while your account is active so your progress and access are preserved. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us, subject to records we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Your cookie and tracking choices
You are in control of non-essential cookies:
- When you first visit, you can accept all, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose Analytics and Advertising individually.
- You can change your choices at any time by reopening the cookie preferences from the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer, and your new choice takes effect right away.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and use the advertising-cookie controls Meta, Google, and other providers offer.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us at admin@yourgrowthsystem.io. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA):
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share.
- Right to delete personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you the service, charge you a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.
- You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
What may count as a "sale" or "share." When you allow Advertising cookies, we share the following categories with Meta Platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising measurement: identifiers (such as the _fbp and _fbc cookies and click identifiers), internet activity (the measurement actions described above), and hashed contact information (such as your hashed email address). Under California law this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
How to opt out. Do not allow, or later withdraw, Advertising cookies using the cookie preferences described above. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of this sharing, treating it as declining Advertising cookies.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@yourgrowthsystem.io.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls on stored data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The course is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age required by local law to consent.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
