Terms of Service

The Digital Positioning Playbook is an educational product. Modules 1 and 2 are available at no cost. The full course, including the remaining modules, the site assessment, and playbook export, requires a one-time payment of $27. You pay once. It does not renew. Access is granted to the individual or business that completes the purchase and is intended for that buyer's use.

Growth Autopilot is a separate product billed as a subscription at $397 per month, or as a yearly plan billed once per year. It is not part of the course and is not included in the course price.

It renews automatically. When you subscribe, we charge your payment method that day and then on the same date of each following month, or of each following year on the yearly plan, and we keep charging it until you cancel. If a month does not have that date, we charge on the last day of that month. You are giving us permission to charge you on a repeating basis. If you were given a founding price, that price stays in place for as long as your subscription stays active.

How to cancel. Email admin@yourgrowthsystem.io from the address you used at checkout, and we will cancel the subscription. You can do this at any time, and you do not have to give a reason. Your cancellation counts from the moment your email reaches us, even if we process it later, and a cancel that arrives before your renewal date means you are not charged for that renewal. We will confirm your cancellation by email. Cancelling stops any future charges. It does not by itself return money you have already paid. That is what the refund policy below is for.

What happens to your access. Growth Autopilot is month to month. Cancel any time and your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. If you are not happy, ask within 14 days of your most recent payment and we will refund that payment. If a payment fails and stays unpaid, your access to the subscription features stops until the payment goes through.

We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

The course shares strategies, frameworks, and examples for marketing a high-ticket local business. Case studies and figures are illustrative. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, lead volume, ranking, or business result. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, execution, and budget.

You may not resell, share, sublicense, or publicly redistribute the paid course content. You may not attempt to bypass payment, access paid content you have not purchased, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

The course content, structure, and materials are owned by Your Growth System and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. The playbook you create from your own inputs is yours to keep and use.

Payments are processed by Square, for both the one-time course and the monthly subscription. We do not store your full card details. For the subscription, Square keeps your card on file so it can take the monthly payment. Prices are shown before checkout. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim is about. For the subscription, that means the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
